What can I do with the PinovX app?
With PinovX, you can:
- Buy crypto with regular money (fiat)
- Sell crypto for regular money (fiat)
- Send money to family, friends, or businesses anywhere in the world

Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. We require identity verification only ONCE to keep yourself and PinovX safe and secure:
- Individuals: Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
- Businesses: Owner must first complete KYC then request KYB by contacting support

I verified with PinovX through Binance or Bitget. Do I need to verify again?
Yes. That verification was only for transactions on those exchanges. To use the PinovX app, you'll need to download, register and verify directly in the app.
Does PinovX hold my crypto or money?
No. We never hold your crypto—you keep it in your own wallet. But you can keep regular money (fiat) in your PinovX account.
Your fiat is held in segregated, safeguarded accounts with our trusted banking partners. Neither we, our partners, nor our employees have access to your funds—only you can authorize transactions.
How do I buy or sell crypto on PinovX?
Buying: Give us your wallet address at checkout. Once your payment goes through, we send the crypto straight to your wallet. It's faster if you already have money (fiat) in your PinovX account.

Selling: We give you an address to send your crypto. Once it's confirmed (usually 5 minutes to 1 hour), we add the money to your PinovX account.
How much does it cost to use PinovX?
Most transactions on PinovX are completely free except CAD to CAD transfers—no fees for buying crypto, selling crypto, or sending money abroad.

Can I send money to others? What are my limits?
Yes. You can send money (Fiat) to anyone through PinovX. Check the app for which currencies we support.
We're always adding new coins, currencies, and features to make things easier for you.
All personal accounts can transact in equivalent of 8888 CAD daily. Business accounts get higher daily limits. Email support@pinovx.com to set up a business account.
Is PinovX safe?
Absolutely. Your fiat is held in segregated, safeguarded accounts with our trusted banking partners. Neither we, our partners, nor our employees have access to your funds—only you can authorize transactions.
We apply bank-level security to protect your account. And because we don't hold your crypto, you remain in full control of it at all times.
How long do transactions take?
- Adding money via Interac: Usually instant to 30 minutes
- Buying crypto: A few minutes after your payment clears. Faster if you use your PinovX balance
- Selling crypto: Money appears in your account in 5 minutes to 1 hour after confirmation
- Sending money: Instant to 30 minutes for CAD to CAD. Please see our schedule for international remittances
What if I send to the wrong details?
Adding money via Interac: Please follow the instructions when adding money via Interac. Interac e-Transfers can only be received from your account which has your exact KYC name. To avoid delays or loss of money, use the COPY button to ensure you use the correct security answer and reference number when adding money.
Crypto: Crypto transactions can't be reversed. Always check the address twice before sending. If you send to the wrong address, we can't get it back.
Money transfers: Contact us right away at support@pinovx.com. We'll try to help, but we can't guarantee recovery if the transfer is already complete.
How do I reset my password, PIN, or 2FA?
Go to the app and find these options:
- Password: Settings → Security → Reset Password (or use "Forgot Password" when logging in)
- Payment PIN: Settings → Security → Reset Payment PIN
- 2FA: Settings → Security → Manage 2FA
How do I close my PinovX account?
Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your PinovX account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Personal Information.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Choose your reason for closing the account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
- Confirm to begin the offboarding process.
Once confirmed, your account closure process will begin.
What happens when I delete my account?
- Account closure is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You will lose access to your transaction history, wallet details, and saved settings.
- Any pending transactions must be completed or cancelled before closure.
- Reopening a closed account requires full onboarding and KYC verification again.

Do I need to complete KYC more than once?
No. You only complete KYC once. If you verify your identity in the PinovX app, you do not need to complete KYC again to use OTC. OTC cannot be used unless you already have a valid, verified PinovX profile.
How do I make sure my KYC carries over to OTC?
Sign up on OTC using the same email address you used in the PinovX app. Your verification will be recognized automatically.
What if I already verified in the app and now want to use OTC?
Simply log in or sign up on OTC with the same email you used in the PinovX app — your verification will sync automatically, and you can proceed to place your order.
Can I create more than one account?
No. Each person may only have one PinovX account. Duplicate or multiple profiles are not permitted and may be restricted or closed in line with our Terms of Use.
